  I recently bought a pair of 511 tactical boots within 2 weeks the binders for the laces became separated from the boots I could no longer lace the boots up all the way I called customer service because they are supposedly came with an excellent warranty they made me go to the Post Office and for the men rather than just take a photo and get a new pair of boots so as they requested I went and took the pair of boots to the Post Office to ship them back which was well over a month ago my replacement boots were supposedly shipped on the 5th today is the 24th and I still have not got my boots they haven't even shipped yet the customer service manufacturing production quality control and everything else about this company sucks avoid this corporation like the play I spent a $170 on these boots have been without AM for almost 2 months and don't have the means or the finances to go get another pair
